Baby Belgium endive, homemade honey and Dijon vinaigrette, purée of beets, walnuts

Fresh Australian yellow tail, ponzu, mandarines, finger lime fruit

Entre Nous Steak Tartare*
Beef tartare, capers, olive oil

Salmon Tartare*
Scottish salmon, heirloom tomato, avocado, crème fraîche, country bread

Bagna cauda, maitake mushroom, dill

Duck Magret
